With seven years of work on a project for dome cinemas and planetariums, plus involvement in large-scale projects under Thailand's BOI state support programme for high-tech startups, Lalita can tell you how a small team of five grew into a full-fledged company of 150 employees and became a leader in its niche.

We'll discuss her journey at the company — from the first steps to securing more than 300 work visas for foreign specialists, acquiring offices and property in the company's name, and signing government contracts to build planetariums across Thailand. Lalita will also share her experience running an internship programme for students: how work with young specialists is organised and what prospects such a programme opens up.
