Mascot Millenium.
Turning a local African Mastiff breeder into a brand that buyers on three continents took seriously.
What changed, in numbers.
A local reputation and nothing else.
The breeding itself was already excellent and locally known. Everything around it was not. There was no consistent brand, no site that a foreign buyer would trust with a deposit, and no way to be found by anyone searching outside the region.
Buyers for dogs at this level do a lot of research and spend a lot of money, often without meeting the seller first. That makes credibility the entire product. The job was to make an operation that was genuinely world class look like it, in a language its buyers actually search in.
Four pieces of the same job.
From local to international.
Within the first year the business was selling to buyers in twelve countries, with the site doing the qualifying work before any conversation started.
The search work compounded: 203 keywords in first place and organic traffic up 307% month over month against the starting point. More usefully, the inquiries that arrived were better informed, which shortened every conversation that followed.
"People stopped asking whether we were a real kennel. They started asking when the next litter was."
