What the site had to actually do.
Furniture at this level is not bought from a grid of thumbnails. The buyer needs to believe in the making before they believe in the price, and four generations of workshop history is the actual product being sold.
The problem with heritage brands online is that heritage becomes wallpaper. The site had to prove the craft rather than assert it.
Four decisions that shaped it.
What shipped, and why it works.
Twelve sections built around photography, with a bespoke commission path and showroom visit booking kept deliberately separate from the standard catalogue. The tone is quiet: no urgency banners, no discount language, because neither belongs on a piece you inherit.
Image-led layout tuned for large photography
Separate catalogue and bespoke commission paths
Showroom locator with visit booking
Fully self-contained, no external dependencies
