we built and we run.

What the site had to actually do.
A business club that runs on group chats and word of mouth stops being legible once it passes a few dozen members. By early 2026 the club had held thirty-eight meetings across four different formats, and there was no single place a newcomer could see what the club actually was before showing up to one.
The site had to do three unrelated jobs at once: convince a stranger to come to their first dinner, give existing members somewhere to actually check the calendar instead of scrolling chat history, and hold two years of photos and events without turning into an archive nobody opens.
Four decisions that shaped it.
What shipped, and why it works.
A single site built around the calendar: thirty-eight meetings archived individually, four formats kept visually distinct, and a photo gallery that shows the room was actually full. The tone matches the club itself — informal, in Russian, built to be forwarded in a chat rather than pitched like a product.
Full event archive, one page per meeting, two years deep
Four meeting formats kept visually and structurally separate
Photo gallery with lightbox, built from real event coverage
Fully self-contained, no external dependencies
