What the site had to actually do.

A business club that runs on group chats and word of mouth stops being legible once it passes a few dozen members. By early 2026 the club had held 38 meetings across 4 different formats, and there was no single place a newcomer could see what the club actually was before showing up to one.

The site had to do 3 unrelated jobs at once: convince a stranger to come to their first dinner, give existing members somewhere to actually check the calendar instead of scrolling chat history, and hold 2 years of photos and events without turning into an archive nobody opens.

4 choices that built the room.

Calendar A real calendar, not a chat thread Every one of the 38 meetings gets its own page and its own date, so the history is browsable instead of buried in scrollback.
Formats 4 formats, told apart on sight Business dinners, themed talks, networking nights and Bulgarian-practice meetups each read differently, so a newcomer can tell in one glance which kind of evening they are signing up for.
Language Built in the language the club actually speaks The club runs in Russian day to day, so the site does too, instead of defaulting to English and translating the community's own voice.
Media A gallery that is actually a gallery 2 years of event photography in a proper lightbox grid, because a community this size is proven by the room being full, not by a paragraph saying so.

What the room became.

A stranger can now see what an evening looks like before committing to one, a member can find a date without scrolling back through the chat, and 2 years of photos sit in a gallery rather than an archive. The tone matches the club itself — informal, in Russian, built to be forwarded in a chat rather than pitched like a product.
